The Current Position of the Organisation

AAEGRO is a small organisation based in the community. We are a registerd Charity in Egland and Wales NO. 1088025. The trustees of the organisation as well as a pool of 18 volunteers from the community currently carry out our work. The current services and activities offered include those outlined above.

 

 

The service-users from the target community are often newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers who are not familiar with the way mainstream services systems operate. In addition, they are faced with language and cultural barriers and are further disadvantaged due to unemployment, poor housing, racial abuse and long term health problems, among other things.
