AAEGRO provides services and organises activities for BME including African refugees and asylum seekers living in Croydon and the surrounding boroughs of Sutton, and Wandsworth, and Surrey County. We are based in Croydon and therefore our main focus is in the London borough of Croydon, especially the wards of New Addington and Fieldway, which are among the 10% most deprived wards in the UK. Service-users however come to AAEGRO from other surrounding boroughs to access appropriate support. Our service users are mainly people affected with HIV and their carers. We liaise with the hospitals in our target area.
